DiaEterna is an independent creative studio and strategic consultancy working across art, culture and creative industries.

Founded by curator and cultural strategist Bengü Gün, DiaEterna works with cultural organisations, public institutions, private collections, artists and brands. Our practice spans cultural strategy and advisory, curatorial development, and creative production, bringing together strategic thinking, artistic vision and practical expertise.

Each project is a world of its own. We start by understanding the people, the context, and what the project needs. From there, we bring together the right people and expertise, whether that means working closely with an organisation on its strategy, developing a curatorial programme or assembling a team of artists, designers and producers to bring an idea to life.

We work closely with our collaborators throughout each stage of our involvement, connecting people, working through challenges together and finding practical ways to turn ideas into reality. We care about the thinking behind a project just as much as how it comes together.

We enjoy working across disciplines, especially when a challenge doesn't fit neatly into one category. Sometimes the most interesting work begins with a question that has been sitting on the table for years, an idea that hasn't quite found its way forward, or a possibility that hasn't yet been explored. We like looking at these situations from different angles, questioning assumptions and finding connections that might not be immediately obvious. Often, a fresh perspective can open up a completely different way of approaching a problem.

And while we care deeply about the process, we're equally interested in what happens afterwards. The relationships that continue, the ideas that grow and the changes that remain long after a project is finished.

Bengü Gün is a curator, cultural strategist and creative entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across contemporary art and cultural organisations. Her work spans curatorial practice, institutional development, strategic advisory and creative production.

Having worked as a founder, director and advisor, she brings together different perspectives to approach complex challenges, develop new possibilities and turn ideas into meaningful projects.

She founded DiaEterna to bring these experiences together, working across disciplines without being defined by just one.
